General Returns Policy
LocalColorOnline.com thanks you for your purchase and values great customer service. You may return most unused items purchased at LocalColorOnline.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
How To Return Items
Items should be returned to: Local Color, 147 Main Street, Northeast Harbor, ME, 04662. With your return, please include: Name Address Phone Number and/or Email address (to confirm the return) Whether the item is for return (for a refund) or an exchange (for a replacement item) Receiving a Refund We'll process your refund after we receive and process your return. The amount will be credited back to your Paypal account and to confirm this, you will receive a phone call or email at the number or address you've provided from one of the staff at Local Color.
If returning an item that was purchased with a gift certificate, you will be refunded with store credit. Expect your refund within 4 weeks of sending back your package, though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner. This time period includes: 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return The time it takes Paypal to process your refund request may vary.
You will be notified of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item via phone call or email. If you have not received confirmation of your return within 4 weeks from the day you sent it, please contact us for help.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email email@example.com to request a replacement. Please use our contact form and check ‘returns’ from the dropdown menu. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to Local Color (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. Please wait for a communication accepting the exchange from Local Color before replacing your order.
Items purchased from LocalColorOnline.com can be also returned to our physical store location in Northeast Harbor, Maine during regular business hours.
LocalColorOnline.com allows gift recipients to return items they received as a gift even if the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase.
