Julia Ventresco

Julia is a compulsive re-user and upcycler. Born in Boston in 1965, Julia Ventresco spent the first 12 summers of her life blissfully swimming, sunning and beach combing on a small Maine island. That same island became the year-round home for Julia and her family when it was decided that Maine really was ‘the way life should be’- all the time. Julia’s ‘Upcycled’ clothing and accessories are proudly carried by Local Color.

Jenny Nelson
